Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.
First time clients are required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed.
We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule and maintain your booking. Your technician will advise how often you should return to maintain your style in your consultation.
Late Policy
Please let us know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. We work very hard to spend the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest’s schedule that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day, it could result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which we do not ever feel comfortable doing. Punctuality ensures that you will receive the absolute highest quality service for yourself and other guests and helps you to receive the outstanding experience.
Cancellation
Your appointment is very important to us, we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
No Shows
In the event you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
Quality Guarantee Policy
Should you experience chipped or broken nails, you may come back to the same branch to have them fixed free of charge within the below timeframes, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this policy:
- Polish – within 24 hours of service
- Gel – within 3 days of service
- Enhancement (BIAB, Polygel & Acrylic) – within 5 days of service

Quality Guarantee Policy — Extensions & Refills
This policy applies to extension and enhancement services including BIAB, Polygel and Acrylic (collectively, “Extensions”) and overlays performed at our branches.
Love Your Nails Guarantee — Refill & Fresh-Set Requirement
To protect natural nail health and preserve eligibility for the salon’s Quality Guarantee on Extensions, the following conditions apply:
- Refill Timing: Clients are advised to attend refills every 2–3 weeks. To remain eligible for the Love Your Nails Guarantee, no single refill interval may exceed 21 days from the previous service.
- Fresh Set Requirement (Fourth Appointment): After three (3) consecutive refills on the same base, the client must have the set completely removed and a fresh full set or overlay applied at the salon on the next (fourth) appointment. Removal performed as part of this fourth appointment will be complimentary (no charge for removal).
- Guarantee Activation After Fresh Set: If a client complies with clause 3.2 (complete removal and reapplication of a fresh set/overlay at the salon), the standard 5-day Quality Guarantee for Gel/Enhancement will apply to the newly applied set.
- Void If Client Declines Fresh Set: If, at the fourth appointment, a client elects to continue receiving refills on the existing set instead of a fresh removal and reapplication, the Love Your Nails Guarantee (including the 5-day Quality Guarantee for Extensions) will be void from that point onward for that set.
