Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you miss your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel your appointment immediately via our website or contact us via phone.

If you wish to cancel a Booking prior to an appointment taking place, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the appointment: no charge.

Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the appointment: the cancellation fee will be 100% of the cost of your treatments.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including if, for example, your payment is not authorised by the payment system, there is an error on the Website regarding the price or description of a product or the treatment you have ordered is no longer available.

Late Arrival Policy

We strive to maintain punctuality for all clients. If your arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, subject to availability and cancellation fee will be applied

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, the no-show fee will be 100% of the cost of your treatments.

If we need to cancel a Booking for any reason other than late or non-arrival, or non-adherence to these terms, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Secure Payment Processing

We employ secure payment processing methods to ensure the confidentiality and safety of our clients’ financial information.

Quality Guarantee Policy

Should you experience chipped or broken nails, you may come back to the same branch to have them fixed free of charge within the below time frames:

  • Regular Polish – within 24 hours
  • Gel Polish – within 3 days
  • Enhancements – within 5 days

Agreement

By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
